Certain services may make a lot of noise (i.e. pressure washing) while other services make very little noise (window cleaning & gutter cleaning). If you are trying to make the appointment around a nap schedule or other noise sensitive time, please let us know. We may be able to complete that portion of the service before or after the nap time starts.

We have various methods of payment to suit everybody from cash, cheque, invoice/BACS, please contact us for more detail.

Oil stains can be removed or reduced however a number of factors need to be taken into consideration such as; type of stain, type of surface the stain is on, length of time the stain has been present on the surface etc. Therefore, not all oil stains can be completely removed, however it is usually possible that they can be significantly reduced.

After a basic clean there is no need to keep off the surface. After sealing it is recommended that the surface shouldn't be walked on for 4 hours and should not be driven on for a minimum of 24 hou

It really depends on the size of the area we are cleaning. For example, most residential driveways can normally be pressure cleaned within one working day. Please ask at the time of booking if you require an estimated timescale for completion of work.

It's hard to give a price before speaking to a customer or seeing the area as there are many factors to take into account when quoting a job - drainage, if it needs any treatment, size, surface, staining etc... The best thing to do is give us a call or email or simply Book your free site survey / demo / no obligation quote online

Most of our work is carried out using only our specialist high pressured water equipment.
On some occasions chemicals are needed to remove certain stains like lichens, oil etc but this will be mentioned when quoting the job.

There are plenty of reasons but one of the main ones being the equipment, a domestic pressure / jet wash just doesn't have the power and will struggle to remove all lichen, algae, weeds, dirt and stains, where our specialist industrial high pressure equipment moves them with ease in half the time. We get called out to many jobs where people have had a go themselves and realised just how hard / dirty and not quite so easy of a job it is and 9 times out of 10 ends up looking worse than when they started. So save yourself the time and backache and give us a call today and let us do the hard work for you, we guarantee you will be astonished with the results.

  • We do ask if you can remove all garden furniture and pots so when we arrive we can get to work straight away. If you are unable to clear the area we are able to do this for you but can not take any responsibilities for any breakages that may occur, also we may have to charge extra depending on the time it takes but you will be made aware of this when we quote you for your job. When we give you a quotation please note it is not an estimate like many companies offer then suddenly start adding extra costs to your bill, the job will cost what we quote, no hidden charges or extras. If it takes longer to clean than we thought it would then that is our problem not yours. Also all quotes are free and there is no obligation.

This all varies on the surface and surrounds but a typical driveway really should be cleaned every 12 months and a weed killer applied around every 3-6 months to keep the area looking clean and fresh. If a sealer is applied the driveway will be protected for around 3-5 years.

As you are probably aware if you have ever tried to clean a dirty driveway or surface with a pressure washer, it can be a really messy job, but we make sure when we leave everything is clean and tidy with all muck took away with us leaving you a nice clean and fresh area.

Moss is a living growing organism, which, if left to grow and flourish on your roof, can eventually cause significant and costly damage to your roof tiles. Once this has happened, water can enter the fabric of your building and cause extensive damage. As moss freezes in the winter, it naturally expands, which is what causes the roof tiles to crack. Over time this problem will only get worse as more significant gaps develop. That is why it is critical to have moss removed from your roof as soon as possible.

Potentially, if left, your roof can be damaged over time by the organisms growing on it. It can affect roof tiles and cause any wooden materials, such as soffits, to rot. These growths rely on moisture and will trap it to ensure a continuous supply. This trapped moisture can erode your roof over time and allow damp to get into your home.

It’s not as hard as you may think; in fact, the actual cleaning process itself is very easy. By using a specifically formulated roof cleaning product it’s as simple as spraying it onto the surface of the roof, leaving for an hour, and then rinsing off. Even the stubborn black lichen will be broken down and eradicated.

As well as the obvious benefits of preventing potential damage and therefore prolonging the lifespan of your roof, there is an aesthetic value to cleaning your roof as well. A clean roof makes a huge impact on the appearance of your home and it’s perhaps only when you see the difference that you realise how a dirty roof can bring down the look of the whole house. A clean roof is also very appealing to potential buyers if you are selling your house as they will be vigilant for obvious signs of damage and disrepair.

Knowing if a roofer will do a good job is a hard thing to figure out. It’s hard to take any service provider at their word. That said, there are ways to figure out if a roofer does a good job.

If they don’t say yes to all four of those questions, it is probably a good idea to look elsewhere for a roof cleaner.

As important as it is to clean your roof, it’s even more important to be safe. Roofing professionals have been trained to clean roofs using the safest methods and materials. Work with the experts so you don’t put yourself in danger when you’re having your roof cleaned.

Yes, whether it is Sand & Cement render, K-Rend, Monocouche, Lime render or Pebble dash, painted render our softwashing process will remove the algae spores thereby removing the red, green, yellow and black algae staining.

Damp and humidity areas causes these, especially during the wet & windy months allowing moisture to penetrate into the texture of the render where organic matter can be absorbed causing growth and reproduction of algae. Also shaded, poorly lit areas creating a cold and damp environment encourage the growth of algae and can be accelerated in planted areas around the building.

Yes without obligation, our first step is to survey and evaluate the condition of your property and to determine the specific process of application for your building. The next step is to treat a ‘test patch’ area free of charge, giving you visible results without compromise to the Integrity of your property.
It is extremely important, the company you choose understand different Render systems and the processes of how to be able to treat your property and each surface type. You can be assured pc com will evaluate and complete any works to the highest of standards.

Soft wash treatments will treat the root cause of the growths, and kill the spores, without damaging the property or harming the environment in any way. Soft washing treats unwanted biological growth and fungus, moss, red and green algae, bacteria, lichen, pollen, mold and other forms of embedded growth on an exterior surface without high pressure. By using low pressure pumps to clean and rinse with minimal pressures. Soft washing is the fastest and very effective hard surface cleaning method in the UK market producing excellent results. Soft washing can keep surfaces clean for up to 5 years following treatment dependant on weather conditions and position of property. It does not “bio accumulate” and breaks down rapidly on contact with soil to give it a very low environmental footprint. So once dry it is harmless to children and pets.

Yes defiantly effective. After the deep clean, the building will look as clean as new and in many cases look aesthetically pleasing again in addition to maintaining or increasing property value.

Once the render has been treated with our soft washing solution and looking as good as new, it will last for at least 3-4 years depending on the weather condition.

Painting without cleaning first is ‘masking’ the problem causing accelerated deterioration of your painted surface as the spores and algae breakdown the paint. This can lead to considerable and unwelcome costs.

Gutters are in place to carry rainwater as it falls from your roof. Instead of falling down the side of your home, it is directed down the downpipe of the gutters. This ensures it does not cause problems to the external walls or foundations of your home.

Well-installed gutters can last upwards of 10 – 25 years if they are well maintained. But after a few decades, even well-maintained gutters can become brittle/rotten and susceptible to breaks.

If you can hear or see a more concentrated stream of water either hitting the ground or pouring over the tops of the gutters, then it is time to get your guttering system checked. Guttering is designed to deal with the rainfall, so the water should not be overflowing or leaking at any time unless it is blocked or broken. DIY gutter inspections pose all kinds of risks to your safety and the condition of your property.

There are a few different problems that can cause your gutters to leak. They could be blocked, causing water to overflow, or cracked, allowing water to seep out from the joins before reaching the downpipe. Alternatively, they might be sagging or bowed, so water gathers and overflows rather than flowing freely through the pipes. The best way to find out is with a professional inspection.

Guttering problems are typically caused by a lack of maintenance. However, improper installation, where gutters are not aligned correctly towards the downpipes, can also lead to several issues. In some cases, your gutters may have been damaged by harsh weather or vandalism. However, they may have simply reached the end of their lifespan.

In theory yes, but like any work at height, gutter clearance or repairs should not be attempted without the right training. The result will most likely be damage to your gutters, your property and even yourself.

Gutters typically become blocked by debris like leaves and twigs as it falls from trees as well as the moss from the roof. Particularly during autumn, this debris becomes saturated with rainwater and stops rainwater flowing freely through the gutters.

Regular gutter clearing is the real solution to stop gutters becoming blocked and dysfunctional. We recommend annual gutter clearance for most properties, but those with trees nearby should have their gutters cleared every 6 months ideally. However, gutters which can be seen to be overflowing or allowing ingress of water into your property should be serviced asap.

Gutter guards are a supposed solution to gutter blockages. However, in practice, leaves tend to become stuck to the outside of the guards, making gutters completely ineffective as water runs straight off the guards and down the side of the property.

Most gutter repairs can be completed in a matter of hours, while full installations and replacements will usually take about a day. This may be longer for larger properties, or those which are difficult to access.
